Oral final examination - Specialist (FISI / FIAE)

Last week I had my oral exam on 08/02/2011 and yet many candidates always looking for info / tips here a few times by me to take you a little anxiety before the test.
first Project presentation
What is in there?
My presentation consisted of:
- Cover:
- What it is (project name), I've taken the name as it had stood in my project application.
- Exam Date: For me it was winter 2011
- your name, of course
- Prüflingsnr.
- Content:
- as leaf No2. I have taken the content and agenda or outline.
Here I have addressed all my points briefly to allow the inspectors to get an overview of what I everything would talk.
- sheet number 3. Company introduction: you can do that you have not - if you lack the time or you do not know where you have time you can get inside - but does something, for me it has not hurt.
- Journal Nr4. - NRX. your content.
- as the last sheet makes your presentation a "thank you for your attention - Did you ask for?" etc. so that you can not just cut off his presentation ended, namely, that comes across pretty ****.
Tips:
1.1.
As you know your presentation keep the examiner vielleicht am Anfang noch welche Punkte ihr ansprecht - nun lasst Ihn aber mal kurz Unaufmerksam sein oder was weiß ich - schwupp weiß er nicht mehr wie die Präsentation aussieht, Lösung?:
Macht rechts / links, wie es euch Zusagt (bei mir war es links) euere Gliederung wieder hin - mit dem aktuellen Punkt dick eingeblendet. Sodass jedesmal wenn ihr eine neue Folie habt, der Punkt davor wieder dünn wird und der nächste hervorgehoben wird - so habt ihr einen Leitfaden für euere Präsentation und der Prüfer weiß immer was noch kommt (vll. will er ja auch nur bei Punkt 5 zuhören und bei dem rest nicht - aber er muss natürlich wissen wann der kommt :) ).
1.2. Macht eine Seitenanzahl hin, Page 1 of 15 or page 1 showed you please - so the examiner knows yet about how long it takes or how many pages it already had.
1.3. When "gimmicks" I had my name and my Prüflingsnr. appears as a "footer" at the bottom of each small. The auditors do not sit behind that is somewhere in the room but only 1-3 feet away from you and therefore fairly close to the presentation.
1.4. Uniform layout - same font colors - no overlap (of colors, etc.)
1.5. Packt images wircklich purely - if you received this, nothing is worse if you have a picture inside but not told about it, the examiner sits behind and think: Super and now? what shall I say this picture? (Point deduction)
1.6. are not zuverspielt - - If it incorporates animations I have "flown" all my points have, so I always had a nice guide, examiners also can not read just anything and then when they are through - no more listening. (No permanent Install Exchange fly ala Animation -. Show - rotary evaporation, etc. appear)
1.7. Make yourself notes in your Power Point - there is a point (Office 2007) -> Slide Show -> Presenter view "here you can set that her notes during your test can see, and the cool thing about it is you see the same amount of time you still have, or how long your presentation takes already. is displayed you can also set which screen the view of speakers, so you can easily keep your finished presentation to the auditors - but you can still see additional information!
1.8. MAXIMUM 15 MINUTES! - MINIMUM 13 MINUTES!

What is required?
Here I unfortunately you can not do much ... hopefully answer all round in the document / presentation beforehand.

- definiere GmbH (wo ist diese Eingetragen, wieviel Stammkapital, wo wird sie geführt)
- HTML (deffinition, Formularaufbauung, Postaction, input types)
- was sind: Variable-/Fix-/Allgemeinkosten
- Subnetting aufgaben
- Netzplan
- definiere Projekt
Übrigends: ES DARF KEIN VERKAUFSGESPRÄCH STATTFINDEN!!!
Tipps:
Lest euch euere Projektdokumentation durch und schreibt euch einfach mal raus was ihr selbst nicht versteht bzw. was ihr schwer erklären könntet und googelt es.
Und auch abhänigkeiten dazu.
Datenbank->Rac->Sicherung->Raid? z.B.
.NET Framework -> DLL->Klassen->Funktionen->Variablen (fast schon wie Vererbung hier ^^)
Lest euch euer Glosar durch - es wäre ja schlimm wenn ihr eine Frage über eueren Glosareintrag bekommt, aber diese nicht wiedergeben könnt?
Falls ihr irgendwelche Bilder drinnen habt - seit gefasst darauf dass diese angeschnitten werden ala. "Sie haben hier ein Struktugramm, warum ist das da mit drinnen, was bringt es Ihnen etc."
Offen und Ehrlich: ich wurde bei meiner Prüfung gefragt was denn eine Wohlwollende XML datei ist - ich musste passen, falls ihr lieber irgendwas dahersagen wollt - machts, aber in meiner Sicht sehe ich das als falsch - die Prüfer merken es wenn ihr davon keinen Plan habt.

General Tips:
- appears in your test writing in the normal case that everything is provided, such as video projector, flipchart, overhead.
- If this is not the case - is also not assume that what is there.
- If you a Power Point presiding think: you take with a projector and test it first!
- Take a laptop has also a good battery life (if power fails - just in case ...)
- Take better ON Click Events in the Power Point, because every now and anything can come between them and a pile thus the entire schedule übern is thrown.
- 15 minutes and 15 minutes Presidential technical discussion = 30 minutes test. Then you have to wait and then get a piece of paper in his hand reads: Pass or not.
- ride the route schonmal before so you know where to park and you can set standard time on it.
- Keep before your parents / girlfriend / friend / colleague the presentation - she had asked was - what questions they have, etc. have kept my presentation about 10 times.
